1. A Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Termination of Contract No. CM2671, a State Funded Grant Agreement with FDOT for the Pratt Siding Road Improvements Project.
2. B Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Jacob K. and Gloria H. Nobles described in the Official Records Book 1232, Page 285 and Book 2221, Page 1924 and Book 2526, Page 497 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
3. C Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the resolution authorizing a parking restriction for on-street parking on Wildlight Avenue from Curiosity Avenue to Claremont Drive, 2) Authorize staff to install "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" signs on Wildlight Avenue.
4. D Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Second Amendment to Contract for Professional Services, Contract No. CM3506-A2, between Nassau County and Bright Minds Youth Development, Inc., in the amount of $125,000.00.
5. E Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4019 for AtomAI Solutions, Inc, for a Work Order and Asset Management System in a not to exceed amount of $225,000.00.
6. F Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the supplemental Contract CM4032 with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. for Trash and Recycling Hauling Services in an amount not to exceed $225,000.00.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Piggyback Agreement CM4034 with Dominica Recreation Products, Inc dba Game Time for purchasing and installing Westside Regional Park Playground Equipment in a not to exceed amount of $1,083,277.25
8. H Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Change Order No. 02 to Contract No. CM3824 with McCall Construction Management for the construction of CIP000080 Phase 1 of Westside Regional Park in the amount of $147,898.35.
9. I Approve and authorize the Chairman to Sign Contract No. CM3184-A1, the Supplemental Agreement #1 with Florida Department of Transportation for the repairs including resurfacing of a segment of CR121 from the Duval County Line to CR119.
10. J Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4038 Fire Sprinkler Services FL, LLC for Fire Systems and Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Maintenance, and On-Call Services for an amount of $78,052.50.
11. K Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize sign the agreement from the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice for the Nassau County SWEAT Program; and 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
12. L Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), Contract No. CM4037, between Nassau County and the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of $59,985.54, and associated Budget Resolution; 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
13. M Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign CM4016 with Nassau County Council on Aging, Inc., for the FY2025/2026 Funding Agreement in the amount of $275,000.
14. N Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4017, Funding Agreement with the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, for FY2025/2026 in the amount of $104,590.

17. Q Consider request from the Concerned Citizens of Hilliard to utilize a small portion of County Road 108 within the limits of the Town of Hilliard for the MLK Walk on Monday, January 19, 2026, and authorize the Chairman to sign a letter granting approval.
18. R Approve draft minutes from September 8, 2025 regular session, September 17, 2025 closed and regular session, and September 22, 2025 regular session.
19. S Approve draft minutes from October 13, 15 and 27, 2025 regular sessions.
20. T Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute 136. 06( I).
21. U Appoint a citizen representative to the Nassau County-Amelia Island Tree Commission for a three-year term effective immediately.
22. V Consider and discuss amending the approved list of State Legislature Appropriation Projects to include the Nassau County Public Safety Training Center.
23. W Set Additional Mobility and Comprehensive Impact Fee Update Workshop: December 1, 2025 at 4:00pm
