1. A Approve draft minutes from the July 14 and 16, 2025 regular sessions, July 28, 2025 regular session and workshop, August 11, 2025 regular and executive closed session, August 20 and August 25, 2025 regular sessions.
2. B Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fernandina Beach and Nassau County BOCC for network connectivity and interoperability of the Purvis Fire Station Alerting System.
3. C Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4004, with Ten-8 Fire & Safety, LLC. for one (1) Braun Chief XL Rescue in a not to exceed amount of $302,575.00.
4. D Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute 136. 06(1).
5. E Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4024 with GAI Consultants, Inc., for Amelia Island Trail Phase 5 Feasibility Study for Bonnieview Road & Clinch Drive Pedestrian Improvements in the amount of $224,828.18.
6. F Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4026, a State Funded Grant Agreement with FDOT for County Road 107 and State Road 200 / A1A and accompanying Resolutions.
7. G Approve and authorize Finance Package 2025-35 and associated Resolutions

9. I Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Change Order No. 01 to Contract No. CM3824 with McCall Construction Management for the Phase 1 construction of Westside Regional Park in the amount of $1,489,355.05.
10. J Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4029 with Utility Consultants of Florida, Inc. for the Development of Underground Plans for Utilities within the SR 200 Overlay District, from Police Lodge Road to the Thomas Shave Bridge.
11. K Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution endorsing the delivery of bridge repair and replacement at Crandall Road over McQueen Swamp by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
12. L Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Conservation Easement, Purchase and Sale Agreement, and any associated closing documents for the St. Mary’s Farm Project; 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to execute administrative and closing actions as needed.
13. M Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and all closing-related documents for acquisition of the Piney Island property under the CLAM Program, 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to take necessary administrative actions to finalize closing.
14. N Consider and approve updates to the Legislative Appropriations and Grants Manual and Travel sections within the Board of County Commissioner Financial Policies.
15. O Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the State Housing Initiative Partnership Annual Report for SHIP Funding Year 2021-2022
16. P Approve and appoint Norman “Keith” Wingate to the CLAM Committee to fill the existing vacancy, effective upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners until May 24, 2027.
17. Q First Public Hearing on the Amended and Restated East Nassau Community Planning Area Proposed Transportation Improvements and Mobility Fee Agreement.
