1. A Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, recognizing Gary Scott Hemmingway on his retirement from Nassau County Fire Rescue.
2. B Approve a Proclamation and Letter of Support for the Northeast Florida Fair Association's Agriculture Education and Promotion Facility Request for Funding; and acknowledging the Fair Association's benefit to Nassau County.
3. C Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Proclamation recognizing September as National Service Dog Month.

5. E Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Underground Utility Easement for Florida Power & Light Company to install and maintain electric distribution lines at Westside Regional Park
6. F Consider the following: 1) Approval of Florida Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support Emergency Medical Services (EMS) County Distribution in the amount of $6,305.45, and corresponding Budget Resolution; 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this distribution.

8. H Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3987 with FMD Architects, Inc. dba Shelter Planners of America for Professional Design Services for the Animal Services Campus in a not to exceed amount of $3,220,000.00.
9. I Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Contract No. CM3980 for Professional Lobbying Services with Mark Anderson Governmental Consulting, LLC in the amount of $394,224.65.
10. J Discuss/consider the County's legislative priorities to be submitted to the Northeast Florida Regional Council for the 2026 Legislative Session.
