1. A Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners recognizing Danny White on his retirement from Nassau Amelia Utilities.
2. B Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Work Authorization #04 for Contract No. CM3597, TRP Construction Group, LLC for final striping on Over-Lay Nassau Roads in the amount of $218,402.50.
3. C Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the First Amendment to Contract No. CM3802 for Ferguson Enterprises, LLC extending the contract term for an additional year, expiring June 7, 2026, in the amount of $500,000.
4. D Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Second Amendment for Contract No. CM3815 for Jax Utilities Management, Inc to increase the not to exceed compensation amount for the goods/services to be provided under the Contract due to additional work required for the initial term of contract in the amount of $1,500,000.00.
5. E Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the First Amendment for Contract No. CM3870 for WithersRavenel, Inc. for an additional year of services, expiring on September 30, 2026, in the amount of $36,500.
6. F Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the First Amendment for Contract No. CM3888 with STV, Inc. for access management median modifications on South 14th Street from Sadler Rd to Lime Street in the amount of $360,585.28.
7. G Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution designating County Manager as the administrative official responsible for signing plats, directing staff to process plats in accordance with Chapter 2025-164, and directing staff to initiate appropriate amendments to County code
8. H Approve and authorize Finance Package 2025-24 and associated Resolutions

10. J Approve and authorize the final payment of retainage to Sauer Construction LLC by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office for the completion of Phase 2 of the Nassau County Sheriff's Office Public Training Complex in the amount of $400,008.08.
11. K Approve the recommendations of the Opioid Settlement Task Force Advisory Committee to allocate the County funding allocation of $49,021.94 to the Sheriff’s Office and $65,800 (Remaining $12,099.10 from FY 24/25 and $53,700.90 for FY 25/26) to the Fire Department, and $418,872 of Regional funds to Starting Point, Coalition for Community Health, and Inspire to Rise. Direct staff to complete any required implementation plans and filings with the State.
12. L Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Grant (EMPA), Contract No. CM3953, between Nassau County and the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of $105,806.00; 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
13. M Sheriff’s Business: Consider the following: 1) Approval of Florida Department of Management Services 911 State Program Grant Award in the amount of $336,249.25 for the Sheriff's Office 911 Communications Center’s Solacom hardware refresh, and corresponding Budget Resolution; 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this award, including the Grant Agreement upon receipt
14. N Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the records by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 136.06(1).
15. O Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute 136.06(1).
16. P Acknowledge the County’s acquisition of, and acceptance of maintenance for, real property located at 43111 Freedom Drive, Callahan effective June 27, 2025, pursuant to Contract No. CM3771, as part of the Thomas Creek Implementation Plan
17. Q Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract No. CM3949 for Traffic Control on Private Roads between the Villages of Woodbridge Master Association, Inc., Nassau County, Florida, and the Nassau County Sheriff's Office.
18. R Consider and Approve an Ordinance Amending Chapter 5 Amelia Island, Repealing Section 5-6. Prohibiting and Regulating Personal Property Unattended on Beaches of the Code of Ordinances of Nassau County in its Entirety and Readopting the Same at Chapter 23 1/2, Amending Chapter 23 1/2 Recreation Areas, Amending Article II Beaches and Adding Section 23 1.2-25. Prohibiting and Regulating Personal Property Unattended on Beaches.
19. S Consider and Approve an Ordinance Amending Chapter 23 1/2 Recreation Areas, Specifically Amending Article II. Beaches, Division 1. Generally. Clarifying Legislative Intent, Providing Further Definitions, Revision Motorized Vehicle Hours, Providing for Enforcement, Further Defining Beachfront Parking Areas and Providing for a Protected Species Management Plan.
20. T Consider and Approve a Resolution Adopting the Nassau County Beaches Protected Species Management Plan.
