B Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Public Convenience & Necessity to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, Inc. dba UF Health Jacksonville for nonemergency, non-911 calls for service, except as requested by Nassau County Fire Rescue, with the expiration date of December 31, 2026.
  3. C Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the First Amendment for Contract No. CM3257 for Water Recovery, LLC, to extend the term till September 30, 2026, for an estimated not to exceed amount of $601,750.

  9. I Approve and Authorize the Chairman to sign the Easement Agreement with Florida Public Utilities to grant an easement over NAU wastewater treatment plant property for FPU’s substation expansion project.
  10. J Consider the reappointment of Greg Matovina, Kristi Dosh, Lynn Shultz, Tyrone Blue, Kathy Burns, and Jenna Emmons to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee to a term effective September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027.
  11. K Consider approval of Bluestreak, LLC's request, on behalf of AT&T, for the installation of fiber optic within the Right-of-Way of canopy road zones on Gerbing Road, Suarez Bluff Road, and Manucy Road, and to authorize staff to issue the Right-of-Way permits.
  12. L Set an Executive Closed Session pursuant to Section 447.3605(1), Florida Statutes, relative to collective bargaining between Nassau County and Nassau County Fire-Rescue Professionals Local Union 3101 International Association of Firefighters AFL-CIO on August 11, 2025 at 3:00pm.

N Consider and approve an Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida amending the William Burgess Context and Connectivity Blueprint to revise Section 4.5.4.6.ii.d, Table 4.21, and Reference Table 4.20 to amend the setback for attached garages in the Transect 3 (T-3) zoning district; providing for codification; providing for conflicting provisions; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
