  2. B Authorize the Chairman to sign an Impact Fee Usage Justification Form to reallocate funds from Capital Improvement Project #000133 Melton Nelson Kayak Launch to Capital Improvement Project #000151 Blackrock Cove Community Park.
  3. C Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3616-A1, with CuraLinc LLC for continuing EAP Services for the estimated total amount of $118,000.
  4. D Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 2 to Contract No. CM3357, with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for the Reconstruction and Resurfacing of CR121 from Duval County Line to CR119, repealing and replacing “Exhibit B” to add post-design engineering services during the construction phase, adding additional time, in the amount of $142,900, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,259,419.08.
  5. E Consider the following: 1) Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax Revenues to engage various vendors and services for the Dickens on Centre Event, in a total amount not to exceed $500,000 as previously adopted by the BOCC; 2) Delegate to the Amelia Island Convention and Visitors Bureau President and CEO the authority to select the actual vendors and service providers for the Dickens on Centre event pursuant to the requirements of the Nassau County Purchasing Policy.
  6. F Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Wildlight Parcel 5 development, Contract Number CM3939, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, and Pulte Home Company, LLC.
  7. G Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Sara Brodnick described in the Official Records Book 2124, Page 1697 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
  8. H Sheriff’s Business: Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the 51% Letter, as required under Chapter 11D-9, Florida Administrative Code, and the Certification of Participation for the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) 2024 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) - Countywide Program through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for the Drug Eradication & Special Response Team.
