  11. K Consider a Resolution setting a Public Hearing to consider the application for abandonment of an unnamed, unimproved 60-foot right-of-way adjacent off Richard Drive, Fernandina Beach, filed by Hidden Lake Properties, LLC (applicant) and Greg Matovina (agent). Staff recommends July 14, 2025.

L Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax Dollars to engage Hayworth Creative, Inc., as a Professional Services Provider; 2) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 3 to Contract No. CM3272 with Hayworth Creative, Inc., for Public Relations Services, in the amount of $15,300, for a total contract amount of $471,000.
  13. M Request removal from consideration: Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement for Conservation Land Acquisition and Management Project #12E Greenway Trail Extension. This item is being removed from consideration and will be readvertised as required.
  14. N ​​Appoint three applicants to fill vacancies on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee; staff recommends the appointment of Kristi Dosh and Lynn Schultz to a term effective June 9, 2025 through August 31, 2025, and Mike Harbison to a term effective June 9, 2025 through August 31, 2026.​

T Consider the following: 1) Approve allocation of State Housing Initiatives Partnership funding in the amount of $199,548 for the demolition and reconstruction project for Alice Roberts, 45179 Roberts Road, Callahan, FL; 2) Award Invitation to Bid NC25-006 to Eason Development for State Housing Initiatives Partnership Rehabilitation Project 122AR-328 and authorize the County Manager to execute any and all necessary contracts, contract amendments, approval forms and related documents, contingent upon review and approval by the County Attorney.
