  3. C Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3877, a Memorandum of Agreement for Mutual Aid between Commanding Officer, Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay and Nassau County Board of County Commissioners.
  4. D Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 1 to Contract No. CM3601, with Kelly Klean, LLC, for Mowing, Landscape Maintenance and Other Related Services in the amount of $166,525.

  8. H Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 4 to Contract NO. CM3093 with PROSSER, INC., dba PROSSER, A PRIME AE COMPANY dba PRIME AE GROUP, INC, to include additional construction services for an increase in the amount of $281,000 and extending the contract an additional fourteen (14) months for the Westside Regional Park project .
  9. I Approve Payment of the Project Invoice - Final Retainage to C.C. Borden Construction, Inc. in the amount of $71,574.73 for the construction completion of Courtroom 3C and Judicial Chambers Build out, Contract No CM3393.
  10. J Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner George M. Wilson described in the Official Records Book 144, Page 531 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
  11. K Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Amanda Traver and Johnny Freeman described in the Official Records Book 1290, Page 1434 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
  12. L Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the A.L. Lewis Historical Society, Inc., and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3892, a Sponsorship Agreement with A.L. Lewis Historical Society, Inc. for the operation of the A.L. Lewis Museum at American Beach in the amount of $25,000.

M Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the Amelia Island Dance Festival, Inc. and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3899, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Amelia Island Dance Festival, Inc. for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 Amelia Island Dance Festivals, in the amount of $15,000 per year.

N Consider a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the North Florida Bicycle Club, Inc., and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3900, a Sponsorship Agreement with the North Florida Bicycle Club, Inc. for the 36th Annual Endless Summer Watermelon Ride, in the amount of $6,500.
  15. O Consider a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor Keep Nassau Beautiful, Inc., and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3904, a Sponsorship Agreement with Keep Nassau Beautiful, Inc. for events from June 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025, in the amount of $15,000.
  16. P Consider the appointments of Kathy Russell and Peter Simmons to the County Conservation Lands Acquisition & Management Committee to fill vacant positions through May 24, 2025, and to new terms beginning May 25, 2025 through May 24, 2029.
  17. Q Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Florida Atlantic University Master Research Agreement # C-25-224, Contract No. CM3887, for Nassau County research objectives, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.
  18. R Authorize the Chairman to sign and ratify the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement with Leslie H. Gerson, Contract No. CM3852, for the purchase of a strategic viewshed protection parcel fronting State Road 200 and adjacent to Piney Island Drive, for the purchase price of $975,000.
  19. S Set a Workshop for staff to present the final draft of the Vision 2050 Plan. Staff recommends June 9, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
