6. F Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Work Authorization #03 to Contract No. CM3505, with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for the design and permitting services associated with Blackrock Community Park, in an amount not to exceed $197,000.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 1 to Contract No. CM3725 with ACON Construction Co., Inc. for the final design and construction of the Nassau Crossing Splash Pad in the amount of $553,558.35, for a total contract amount of $616,268.25.
8. H Clerk of Courts: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements.
9. I Consider a Resolution accepting maintenance responsibility for Katy Street within Concourse Crossing and releasing the maintenance bond
10. J Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3847, Park Donation Agreement with Wildlight LLC for the donation of PDP 4 Community Park, totaling approximately 57.8 acres, and to sign all appropriate closing documents.
11. K Board of County Commissioners Workshop, re: Timber to Tides Design Overlay, February 19, 2025 immediately following the regularly scheduled 9:00am meeting.
