1. A Approve and authorize Finance Package 2025-9 and associated Resolutions.
2. B Approve a Resolution updating the Purchasing Policy Signature Authorities for the Board of County Commissioners.
3. C Approval of the final plat for Liberty Cove Phase 1 Unit 1, filed by Liberty Cove Nassau, LLC, owner and Gregory E. Matovina, agent, to divide approximately 17 acres into 65 townhomes.
4. D Request the approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract CM3842 with Brooks Building Solutions, Inc. for the installation of new air handlers for units 8, 9 & 10 at the Nassau County Detention Center in the amount of $298,867.00.
5. E Consider the following: 1) Consider a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the Town of Hilliard to promote the “Vietnam Voices Traveling Memorial Monument” in April 2025; 2) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM3825, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Town of Hilliard in the amount of $5,000.
