1. A Dayspring Health/Palace Expansion Pre-Application: The applicant is seeking a committee meeting to discuss the expansion of an existing assisted living facility to add a dining area, office space, and approximately 20 new beds.

B Phase II Facilities – Rosenblad Design Group Pre-Application: The applicant is seeking a committee meeting to discuss the construction of an approximate 33,780 square foot light manufacturing area, 7,739 square foot offices, in 2 floors, approximately 30,375 square feet for a concrete lay-down area, pavement, and parking.
3. C Wildlight Oak Hammock Park Pre-Application: The applicant is seeking a committee meeting to discuss the construction of roadway infrastructure, stormwater management systems, utilities, private lift station, lots, and the development of the park/recreational area surrounding the Village Center.
4. D FD23-004 Nassau Crossing – Parcel B Approval: Staff recommends the technical approval of the final development plan.
5. E SP24-005 Mercy Hill Church Expansion Approval: Staff recommends the technical approval of the preliminary binding site plan and the site engineering plan.
