1. A Tea Home LLC Pre-App: The applicant is seeking a committee meeting to discuss the construction of a two story building, approximately 10,000 square feet, to include corporate offices, conference room, retail store and showroom for outdoor furniture and products.
2. B Headwaters at Lofton Creek Modification Pre-App: The applicant is seeking a committee meeting to Discuss modifications to a previously approved project.
3. C Nelson Residence Pre-App: The applicant is seeking a committee meeting to discuss the construction of a single family residence eastward of the Coastal Construction Control Line.
4. D Adams/County Road 108 Variance: The applicant is seeking a variance to allow for the construction of a 30 foot easement off CR 108 due to the width of the parcel connection at CR 108.
5. E SP23-041 Chase Bank Fernandina Beach Approval: Staff recommends the technical approval of the preliminary binding site plan and the site engineering plan.
6. F SP23-046 Wildlight Riverbluff Parkway Phase 1 Approval: Staff recommends the technical approval of the site engineering plan.
