F Approval of the 1st Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Rockland Investment Corporation Inc. for Unit Nos. 101 and 203 at 111 Overseas Highway, Rockland Key, Florida for building and ground space as an interim Clerk of Court facility on Rockland Key. The term of this lease will start July 17, 2026 and will expire on July 16, 2027, with the total monthly rent being $22,596.81.
5. I Approval of Jacobs Project Management Co.’s Task Order No. 2022-105 in the amount of $144,974.00 for Safety Management System (SMS) Support Supplemental 1 at Key West International Airport. All costs will be paid from Airport Operating Fund 404.
6. J Approval to extend the 2026 Tax Roll and email the bills prior to completion of the Value Adjustment Board Hearings.
7. K Approval of a request by the Monroe County Sheriff for an expenditure of South Florida Law Enforcement Asset Forfeiture Funds for FY2026 in the amount of $19,780.85 to procure safety modifications to the parking lot entrance and exit gates at the Miami Task Force facility in Sweetwater, FL
8. M Approval of an Inter-Local Agreement ("ILA") Between Monroe County and the Village of Islamorada ("Village") Reimbursing the Village in an Amount of Up To $14,000 from Boating Improvement Funds ("BIF") For Costs To Be Incurred By the Village During FY'27 for Regulatory Buoy Maintenance.
9. N An Attorney-Client Closed Session in the case of Monroe County vs. NGM Insurance Company, Case No. 25-CA-538-MR.
10. O MAYOR LINCOLN: A resolution by the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners requesting that the United States Fish and Wildlife Service direct funding to the National Key Deer Refuge to reinitiate regular population data collection for biological monitoring of the Florida Key Deer (Odocoileus Virginianus Clavium).
11. P Approval of the minutes from the March 11, 2026 regular meeting.
12. Q Ratification of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between Star of the Sea Foundation, Inc. (SOS) and Monroe County Board of County Commissioners (Monroe County Community Services Department - Social Services) for the provision of Congregate and Home Delivered Meals throughout Monroe County to exercise the first of five renewals for a new contract period starting on 07/01/2026 and ending on 06/30/2027, to reduce the meal rate by $2.00 per meal ($9.00 per meal to $7.00 per meal), and to add a new state-mandated contract provision. Funding is through the Older Americans Act and 10% County match.

R Approval of a Resolution setting forth the requirements for the Financial Hardship Deferral program under the proposed Municipal Service Benefit Unit MSBU Residential Neighborhood Improvement Program establishing a Financial Hardship Deferral Program for an identified and created Municipal Services Benefit Unit MSBU Capital Infrastructure Project under the proposed Residential Neighborhood Improvements Program for proposed modifications to Chapter 22 of the Monroe County Code, Article VI.
