3. 3 A Public Hearing to Consider a Resolution Recommending Approval of an Ordinance by the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners Amending Monroe County Land Development Code Sections 118-10, 118-12, 122-3 and 122-12, to delete references to the Notice to Proceed Requirements.
