Reso. #R7493 approving the ranking and award of Request for Qualification No. 21-06-29, entitled “Pool of Qualified General and Environmental Inspectors for Residential Rehabilitation Projects”; awarding the Request for Qualifications to the firms meeting or exceeding the minimum qualifications; and authorizing the City Manager to execute appropriate Continuing Services Agreements with the qualified firms for a term of two (2) years, thereby establishing pools of firms for the provision of general and environmental inspection services for residential rehabilitation projects on an as needed basis.
