Reso. #R6624 approving the ranking of firms responding to Request for Qualifications Nos. 17-05-17, 17-05-18, 17-05-24, 17-05-25, 17-05-26 and 17-05-28 for participation in six contractor, consultant or inspector pools for the City's Residential and Commercial Rehabilitation Programs; awarding the Requests for Qualifications to the firms meeting or exceeding the minimum qualification requirements of the respective requests for qualifications; authorizing the City Manager to execute appropriate Continuing Services Agreements with the qualified firms for a term of three years plus one one-year renewal, thereby establishing six pools of firms for the provision of the indicated services for future projects on an as needed basis.
