Ord. #O1684 amending the Land Development Code by amending Chapter 2 “Definitions” concerning definitions related to medical marijuana uses; by amending Chapter 4 “Zoning,” to prohibit medical marijuana uses and to delete related regulations and conditional procedures for medical marijuana uses; amending Section 808 “Off-Street Parking and Loading Standards” of Chapter 8 “Development Standards of General Applicability” to delete off-street parking requirements for medical marijuana retail centers; amending the City of Miramar Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 11, “Business Taxes, Permits and Business Regulations,” to delete Article VIII, “Marijuana Businesses,” to delete regulations, restrictions and procedures for the operation of medical marijuana retail centers; and by amending Chapter 13, “Miscellaneous Offenses,” to revise Section 13-16, “Public Consumption of Marijuana” to change a definition cross reference; providing for severability; providing for conflict ; and providing for an effective date.
