Ord. #O1622) considering application 1405073, amending the City’s Adopted Comprehensive Plan by revising Policy 1.13 in the Future Land Use Element to change the land use designation of approximately 2,000 acres; the text amendment would modify the mix of uses within the Miramar Regional Activity Center to expand the residential category from 7,460 dwelling units to 8,710 dwelling units and reduce the industrial from 11,500,000 square feet to 10,550,000 square feet; and providing for an effective date.
