- B. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARGATE, FLORIDA APPROVING THE 4th AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNITY SHUTTLE SERVICE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND BROWARD COUNTY THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2027

AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE MARGATE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“MCRA”) PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION RATE FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY ON BEHALF OF THE MCRA PURSUANT TO THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MCRA AND THE CITY OF MARGATE, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26.
