The Petitioners, Fernando Trejo and Sandra S. Kennedy, have submitted this vacate request for future development of a convenience store and gas station. Reviewing departments, agencies, and utility providers have no objections to this request (as further explained in the Background). The financial impact associated with this item consists of required advertising per statute, recording fees and processing, estimated to be less than $175.00, which are paid for by the Petitioners.
