DRI 23-0591 CORPOREX PROPERTIES OF TAMPA, INC Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve the proposed changes for the Corporex Business Park Development of Regional Impact (DRI). Staff recommends approval in accordance with the attached resolution. This recommendation is based, in part, on the Corporex DRI Map H received on June 7, 2023. No change is proposed for DRI Map H. This development order amendment is accompanied by related zoning application, PRS 23-0877.
