CDD 22-0992 PETITION TO EXPAND THE SIMMONS VILLAGE NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Simmons North Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $30,650,000 budgeted for common area infrastructure development costs (which includes costs that will not be funded with CDD bonds), it is estimated that $8,338,956 (or about 27%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
