CDD 22-0914 PETITION TO EXPAND THE SPENCER CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Spencer Creek Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $18,412,350 budgeted for common area infrastructure development costs (which includes costs that will not be funded with CDD bonds), it is estimated that $7,134,623 (or about 39%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
