CDD 22-0661 PETITION TO EXPAND THE SHERWOOD MANOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Sherwood Manor Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $23,713,387 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”), it is estimated that $10, 582,316 (or about 45%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
