CDD 22-0660 PETITION TO EXPAND THE BELMOND RESERVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Belmond Reserve Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $15,065,098 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”), it is estimated that $9,421,814 (or about 63%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
