CDD 22-0659 PETITION TO EXPAND THE BALM GROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Balm Grove Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total of $47,610,941 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”), it is estimated that $21,496,483 (or about 45%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
