CDD 22-0551 PETITION TO ESTABLISH THE WATERSET SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Establish the Waterset South Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total $122,547,611 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”), it is estimated that about $25,175,600 (or 21%) of those costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
