CDD 21-0952 PETITION TO EXPAND THE TOUCHSTONE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Touchstone Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the approximate total of $1,620,000 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development Costs (“common costs”) within the expansion area, it is estimated that $260,609 (or about 16%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
