CDD 21-0741 PETITION TO EXPAND THE RHODINE ROAD NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Rhodine Road North Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the approximate total of $8,335,000 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”) within the expansion area, it is estimated that $3,744,300 (or about 45%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
