CDD 21-0587 PETITION TO EXP AND THE HAWK.STONE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve expansion of the Hawkstone Community Development District (COD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the approximate total of $11,651,020 budgeted for COD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs ("common costs") within the expansion area, it is estimated that $6,142,884 (or about 53%) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
