CDD 21-0052 PETITION TO ESTABLISH THE BALM GROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Establish the Balm Grove Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the total $35,150,000 budgeted for COD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs ("common costs"), it is estimated that about $11,642,931 (or 33.1 %) of those costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
