CDD 21-0007 PETITION TO MODIFY THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TRIPLE CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Approve the modification to boundaries of the Triple Creek Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the approximate total of$9,330,488 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs ("common costs") within the expansion area, it is estimated that $5,766,873 (61.81% ) of total development costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
