CDD 20-0845 PETITION TO ESTABLISH THE SOUTH CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD). Establish the South Creek Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. No direct financial impact to the County will occur as a result of this petition. Of the approximate total of $17,600,000 budgeted for COD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs ("common costs"), it is estimated that about $5,663,828 (or about 32.92% of total development costs) will be funded with long-tenn CDD bond proceeds.
