Resolution R18-129 provides that certain designated clay settling areas within Hillsborough County may accept clays mined by Mosaic within Hardee County until such time that as the clay settling areas are utilized to their full design capacity, and before November 14, 2023 unless expressly extended. Resolution R18-129 requires annual reporting to monitor compliance.
