2021-2022 Financial Responsibility Agreement between Hillsborough County and Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC Approve Mosaic Fertilizer, L.L.C.’s updated Financial Responsibility Agreement and authorize the Chair to execute the attached Financial Responsibility Agreement once executed by Mosaic Fertilizer, L.L.C. This is an annual recalculation of Mosaic’s Financial Responsibility based on current rates of mining and reclamation. This Financial Responsibility Agreement protects the citizens of Hillsborough County from financial impacts of adverse environmental issue and or failure of the company to complete required reclamation activities. No County funds are required for this item.
