Approve a resolution providing for the rendition of the denial of application RZ 19-1458, an application for rezoning from Agricultural Rural (AR) to a Planned Development (PD) zoning district, to allow for development of 654 single family dwelling units with residential support uses, a public park/multi- modal trail and school, on property designated Wimauma Village Residential-2 (WVR-2) by the Future Land Use Element of the Future of Hillsborough Comprehensive Plan.
