4. 4 I hereby call a Special Meeting (Closed Meeting) of the City Council of Edgewater for Monday, November 24, 2025 at 5 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 104 North Riverside Drive, Edgewater, Florida, to discuss: City Council shall meet in an attorney-client session in accordance with §286.011(8), Fla. Stat. (2025), for the purpose of discussing pending litigation to which the City is a party, to wit: Lennar Homes, LLC v. City of Edgewater Case No.: 2025 10899 CIDL Attendance at the attorney-client session will be restricted to a court reporter and the following individuals: Mayor Diezel DePew Councilwoman Charlotte Gillis Councilman Mike Thomas Councilwoman Debbie Dolbow Councilman Eric Rainbird City Manager Joe Mahoney City Attorney Aaron Wolfe
