Request for approval of Phase 2 of the office reconfiguration of the City Hall First Floor for renovation to the Planning and Development Services and Code Compliance Division areas to have a contractor to build ten (10) offices. Five (5) offices will be used by Code Enforcement. Four (4) will be used by the Planning division. One (1) area will be used for file retention.
