Ordinance No. 34-26 (PZ-000667-2026): a City-initiated amendment to Chapter 8, “Special Implementation Programs” of the Land Development Regulations to enact a new Article 8.1 “Impact Fees” to establish impact fees for municipal facilities, police, fire rescue, water, wastewater, and stormwater management, and to move the existing parks impact fee from Article 5.3.2(C) to new Article 8.1, and to increase the Parks fee. Ordinance No. 32-26, Amendment to the Land Development Regulations (File No. PZ-000665-2026): Provide a recommendation to the City Commission on Ordinance No. 32-26, a City-initiated amendment to Section 2.1.1, “Administrative Officials” and Section 2.1.2, “Review Authorities” of the Land Development Regulations (LDR) to modify the duties, powers, and responsibilities of the Director and Development Services Management Group related to relief from development standards.
