11. 11 Presentation by Xavier Cortada of Planting Pollinator Sculpture. Appearance by Catherine Cathers on behalf of the Arts Advisory Board to request approval of donation from the board. Motion to support The Garden Club's donation to the City of the planting pollinator sculpture placed within the butterfly garden. Motioned by Chair member Zargham, moved by Board Member Joseph and seconded by Board Member Pardo. Motion approved to have Austin Tellam appointed to the board. Motioned by Board Member Joseph seconded by Board Member Sarrias.
