- 6 THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING. DID NOT MEET QUORUM a. General Updates Supervisor Carlos Pichardo began his report by sharing a recap of YC Nightmare 405 Haunted House. He continued to share more about the current programming at the youth center. b. Special Events Supervisor Carlos Pichardo announced forthcoming activities for the upcoming months, including the Daddy Daughter Dance. c. Administrative Updates Administrative Assistant Susan quickly went over some of our upcoming events, which include the City of Coral Gables Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony – Friday, December 6 at 5 p.m., Hot Chocolate with Santa – Sunday, December 8 & Saturday, December 21 at 9 a.m. and Movies Under the Gables Moonlight – Featuring Elf – Friday, December 20 at 6 p.m. For more details, please see our playgables.com website.
