General Country Club Director's Report Deputy Director Carolina provided the board members with an update on the Coral Gables Golf and Country Club following a brief introduction. * Athletic Club A paper report was provided to the board members by the Athletic Club Manager, Carlos Llompart, regarding the latest updates of the athletic club. * Venue The board received a paper report from the Venue Manager, Valerie Pinon, regarding the venue's operations last month. * Le Parc Cafe The board members were informed by Deputy Director Carolina that they may present their members' key fobs at Le Parc Café to receive a 10% discount. * Upcoming CIP Projects The board was informed by the Deputy Director Carolina of the Ribbon Cutting of Birdie Bistro that took place on Thursday, November 14. b. Special Events Updates * New Event Ideas Deputy Director Carolina Vester encouraged the board to support the Coral Gables Golf and Country Club staff by sharing event ideas for the club and its members. * Upcoming Events Deputy Director Carolina Vester proceeded to update the board on the forthcoming events for the month of December, including Pancakes and Pajamas at the Country Club - Saturday, December 21 at 10 a.m., Holiday Bark event and Lighting of the Trees. c. General Community Recreation Updates Director Couceyro continued with the forthcoming event for the month of December, Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony - Friday, December 6 at 5 p.m., Hot Chocolate with Santa - Sunday, December 8 & Saturday, December 21 at 9.m., Movies Under the Gables Moonlight featuring Elf - Friday, December 20 at 6 p.m., AAC Annual Holiday Celebration - Friday, December 20 at 1 p.m. and A Saturday at the Cinema, December, "The Shawshank Redemption" - Saturday, December 28 at 11 a.m. and Junior Orange Bowl – Sunday, December 15 at 5 p.m. For the month of January, Coral Gables Farmers Market - Saturday, January 18 & 25 at 8 a.m. and Movies Under the Gables Moonlight featuring ET - Friday, January 17 at 6 p.m.
