General Updates: The supervisor's report was initiated by AAC Supervisor Norma Gavarrete, who discussed the AAC's past events for the month of November and forthcoming programs, such as field trips. b. Special Events: AAC Norma Gavarrete proceeded to update the board on the forthcoming events for the month of December, Holiday Luncheon at the Palace- Friday, December 20 at 1 p.m. and A Saturday at the Cinema, “The Shawshank Redemption” – Saturday, December 28 at 11 a.m. c. Administrative Updates: Director Couceyro proceeded to update the board on the forthcoming events for the month of December, Tree Lighting Ceremony - Friday, December 6 at 5 p.m., Hot Chocolate with Santa - Saturday, December 8 & Sunday, December 21 at 9 a.m., Movies Under the Gables Moonlight featuring Elf – Friday, December 20 at 6 p.m. and Junior Orange Bowl Parade – Sunday, December 15 at 5 p.m. Director Couceyro went on to inform the board about pickle ball, one of the subjects on the next commission meeting.
