7. 5 a. General Country Club Division Updates – Director Couceyro gave the board members a briefing on previous events before giving them an update on the Coral Gables Golf and Country Club. Q1 Update for FY2025 Due to Deputy Director Carolina's absence, he proceeded to update the members on the Q1 Update for FY2025 report, which will be presented at the following meeting. • Athletic Club A paper report was provided to the board members by the Athletic Club Manager, Carlos Llompart, regarding the latest updates of the athletic club. • Venue The board received a paper report from the Venue Manager, Valerie Pinon, regarding the venue's operations last month. • Le Parc Café Director Couceyro proceeded by updating the board members on the cafe at Le Parc. The board members were informed by Director Couceyro that they may present their members' key fobs at Le Parc Café to receive a 10% discount. • Upcoming CIP Projects b. Event Updates • New Event Ideas • Upcoming Events Venue Manager Valerie Pinon proceeded to update the board on the forthcoming events for the month of January, including Members Mixer at the Country Club - Thursday, January 30 at 7 p.m. and Alma de Tango February Milonga (Valentine Rogue) – Friday, February 7 at 8 p.m. c. General Community Recreation Updates: Director Couceyro continued with the forthcoming event for the month of January, Coral Gables Farmers Market - Saturday, January 18 & 25 at 8 a.m. and Daddy Daughter Dance – Friday, February 21 at 6:30 p.m.

9. 6 A MOTION TO APPROVE THE DECEMBER MEETING MINUTES WAS MADE BY ALBERT SANCHEZ AND SECOND BY SHERRY CELESIA. ALL IN FAVOR; PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

14. 10 Director Couceyro announced that the Golf Course and Parks Superintendent, Yandy Conde, has been successfully appointed. He proceeded to disseminate additional information regarding the newly appointed superintendent. The Coral Gables Golf and Country Club Divisional Director position was brought up by Director Couceyro. "Deputy Director Carolina Vester will be filling in at the Country Club until a suitable candidate is found to fill that position," he said. To locate a qualified candidate for the role, they will begin interviews next week.
