- 8 a. General Updates Supervisor Carlos Pichardo began his report by providing an overview of the existing programs as well as those that are forthcoming. He proceeded to provide additional information regarding forthcoming events, including the Easter Egg Hunt, Literacy Festival, and Memorial Day Ceremony, all of which are scheduled to occur at the youth center. b. Special Events Supervisor Carlos Pichardo announced forthcoming activities for the month of February, including the Daddy Daughter Dance – Friday, February 21 at 6:30 p.m. c. Administrative Updates Administrative Assistant Susan quickly went over some of our upcoming events, which include the City of Coral Gables Farmers Market – Saturday, February 8,15 & 22 at 8 a.m. and Movies Under the Gables Moonlight – Friday, February 21 at 6 p.m. For more details, please see our playgables.com website.
