- 9 A motion was made by Board member Menendez, seconded by Board member Dowlen, to approve the minutes for the February 4, 2025, Landmark Advisory Board meeting. This motion passed unanimously.

- 1. Michael Maxwell, Chairperson of the Historic Preservation Board, requested a date for a 30 minute walking tour to view landmark signs in disrepair, specifically near Granada Boulevard and Coral Way.
- IX. ADJOURNMENT
- 2. Streetlights - The meeting occurred between FPL and the city. Attendees were Chairman of the landmark Advisory Board, Michael Maxwell, Chairperson of the Historic Preservation Board, City Manager, City Attorney, Assistant City Manager, Deputy City Manager, and FPL had a large representation at the meeting. Board member Menendez discussed the priorities are to keep and maintain the streetlights we have. Staff to advise who maintains the existing historic streetlights and what happens when the streetlights are damaged. Chairperson Slesnick also discussed the brightness of the streetlight is an issue.

- 3. Downtown Walking Tour - On May 18th, Chairperson Slesnick will lead a walking tour in downtown Coral Gables to celebrate the centennial.
- 1. At the March 11th City Commission meeting, funding was approved for the North Ponce Study.
- 1. Entrances - Board member Menendez will be looking into the condition of the entrances in Coral Gables. He will also look into the history of the entrance that was never made at Flagler and Ponce De Leon Boulevard
