- 3 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES A MOTION TO APPROVE THE FEBRUARY MEETING MINUTES WAS MADE BY BOARD MEMBER ALBERT SANCHEZ AND SECONDED BY BOARD MEMBER SHERRY CELESIA. ALL IN FAVOR; PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

- 5 Introduction of new Country Club Administrative Analyst - Ann Del Valle The board members were provided with a brief introduction by The Coral Gables Golf and Country Club Division Director, Danella Escobar regarding the newly appointed The Coral Gables Golf and Country Administrative Analyst, Ann Del Valle.
- 6 a. General Country Club Division Updates – The board members were provided with an updated presentation on the Financial Review of Coral Gables Golf and Country Club for the second quarter of FY25 by Assistant City Manager Carolina Vester. • Athletic Club A paper report was provided to the board members by the Athletic Club Manager, Carlos Llompart, regarding the latest updates of the athletic club. • Venue The board received a paper report from the Venue Manager, Valerie Pinon, regarding the venue's operations last month. • Le Parc Café Assistant City Manager Carolina Vester proceeded by updating the board members on the cafe at Le Parc. • Upcoming CIP Projects The board received information from Coral Gables Golf and Country Club Division Director Danella Escobar regarding CIP projects that will conclude the tower, windows, doors, and other areas at the club. b. Event Updates • New Event Ideas Board members discussed possible new event ideas including fitness-related events. • Upcoming Events The Coral Gables Golf and Country Club Division Director Danella Escobar continued with the forthcoming event for the month of May, Coral Gables Coral Gables Open House - Saturday, May 17 at 10 a.m. and Patriotic BBQ - Sunday, May 25 at 5:30 p.m. c. General Community Recreation Updates: Forthcoming event for the month of May, Coral Gables Coral Gables Family Literacy Festival - Saturday, May 17 at 11 a.m. and Memorial Day Ceremony - Monday, May 26 at 9 a.m.

- 8 OLD BUSINESS Board member Sanchez brought up creating the four swimming lanes this year. Athletic Club Manager Llompart advised it has not been brought up but it can possibly be incorporated if there is an appetite for it in the future.
- 9 DISCUSSION ITEMS
- 9 Assistant City Manager Carolina Vester mentioned Fee Schedules. Board member Sanchez would like staff to generate a bar graph of general expenditures/revenues. Babies at the age of 1 year or less should not be getting charged to enter the poolside of Athletic Club. Assistant Director Sarah Espino confirmed the card reader will be installed and ready for use as soon as possible near the Athletic Club's entrance. A MOTION TO CONDUCT A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON FEES CHARGED AT OTHER GYMS BY BOARD MEMBER GEORGE NAVARRO AND SECONDED BY BOARD MEMBER ALBERT SANCHEZ. ALL IN FAVOR; PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
