7. 5 a. General Updates Manager Carlos Pichardo initiated his report by going over the existing and forthcoming activities like travel soccer, basketball and volleyball. He continued to disclose that they had initiated the process of preparing for summer camp. b. Special Events Manager Carlos Pichardo announced forthcoming activities for the month for May, including the Coral Gables Family Literacy Festival - Saturday, May 17 at 11 a.m. and Memorial Day Ceremony - Monday, May 26 at 9 a.m. which is scheduled to occur at the youth center. c. Administrative Updates
