1. 1 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 4:05 P.M.
2. 2 ROLL CALL Present: 15 - Board Members Isis Arenas, Sherry Celesia, Yamilet Rodriguez, Don Slesnick III, Pedro (Frank) Andollo, Albert Sanchez, Director Fred Couceyro, Assistant Directors Sarah Espino & Carlos Pichardo, Division Director Danella Escobar, Venue Manager Valerie Pinon, Athletic Club Manager Carlos Llompart, Administrative Analyst Ann Caroline Del Valle, Marketing Manager Solanch Lopez Excused: Pedro Izaguiirre
3. 3 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES A motion to approve the May Meeting Minutes was made by Board Member Sherry Celesia and second by Board Member Yamilet Rodriguez. All in favor; passed unanimously.
4. 4 DIRECTOR'S REPORT
5. 5 a. General Country Club Division Updates Division Director Danella Escobar gave the board members a briefing on previous events included below before giving them an update on the Country Club. Board members provided feedback on the Summer Member Mixer. - Summer Member Mixer: Successful (160-180 people approx.) - Club Kids Summer Camp: June 9th to August 8th - Extended Pool Summer Hours: Fridays 7PM (June & July) - 4th of July Party: 12PM to 7PM – Live Music / Le Parc BBQ / Kids Games • Athletic Club A paper report was provided to the board members by the Athletic Club Manager, Carlos Llompart, regarding the latest updates of the athletic club. A request was made by Board member Andollo to provide visual data of the amount of check-ins at the Athletic Club; Manager Llompart agreed to pull this report from RecTrac. • Venue The board received flyers for upcoming Flavor of The Gables event and a brief breakdown of what the event will entail from Marketing Manager Solanch Lopez. • Le Parc Cafe Division Director Danella Escobar provided updates on layout renovation at the Cafe. She also mentioned the bar codes for the pool side service being ready soon and would update the board when complete. b. Event Updates - Ongoing Sunday's Poolside BBQ - Every Sunday through August 3rd, 2025 at 12:00 - 5:00 P.M. c. General Community Recreation Updates: Director Couceyro introduced the department's new Assistant Director, Carlos Pichardo, whom was the Youth Center Manager and has been with the city for over 25 years. Director Couceyro mentioned the upcoming fireworks/drone show on July 4th at 5:00 P.M. There will also be a Sensory Friendly 4th of July will be on Friday July 4th at 7:00 P.M.

7. 7 a. Selection of Board Member at Large • Board Chair Board Member Sherry Celesia expressed she would not like to be Board Chair. Motion to nominate Board Member Albert Sanchez to Board Chair was made by Board Member Don Slesnick III, second by Isis Arenas. All in favor; passed unanimously. • Board Vice Chair Motion made by Board Member Slesnick III to nominate Sherry Celesia as Vice Chair, second by Chair Sanchez. All in favor; passed unanimously. • Selection of Board Member at Large Motion to vote Isis Arenas made by Board Member Slesnick III, second by Chair Sanchez. All in favor; passed unanimously.

9. 9 DISCUSSION ITEMS Board Member Andollo brought up swimming lanes as an item for discussion. Athletic Club Manager Llompart answered all questions and advised he would look into the boards concerns in reference to swimming lanes.

11. 11 Next meeting date is Wednesday July 23, 2025 at 4 p.m. Motion to cancel July's Board Meeting made by Vice Chair Sherry Celesia, second by Chair Albert Sanchez. All in favor; passed unanimously.
