7. 5 a. General Updates In the beginning of his report, Director Couceyro informed the board members about the Fourth of July event that had taken place last week. After that, he proceeded to provide information regarding our summer camps. b. Upcoming Events Director Couceyro proceeded to update the board on the forthcoming events for the month of July and August, A Saturday at the Cinema, July, "Rocky" - Saturday, July 26 at 11 a.m., My Squad JeopARTy Night - Wednesday, July 30 at 6 p.m., AAC - Quinceanera + Celebration - Friday, August 1 at 1 p.m., Accessible Recreation Mud Day - Saturday, August 9 at 11 a.m., AAC Western Roundup 2025 - Friday, September 19 at 2 p.m. and A Saturday at the Cinema, September, "A Hard Day's Night" - Saturday, September 27 at 11 a.m. c. CIP Updates Youth Center Maintenance Week: Monday, August 4 – Saturday, August 9 Director Couceyro proceeded to give an update on Dorothy Thompson Park and the Venetian Pool project. He continued by providing more details about the soccer update, Bark Park, Phillips Park, and Blue Road. Assistant Director Espino informed the board that Youth Center Maintenance Week is scheduled from Monday, August 4, through Saturday, August 9. She then proceeded to outline the upcoming project, which will include renovating the flooring in the indoor basketball courts, the fitness center, the dance room, and the check-in area at the Youth Center.
